Training thought for the day... cello-tape! I've always held my pen differently. It feels completely natural to me, and gets the job done. But because this wasn't the standard way of doing things, my teacher tried to make me conform using less than conventional methods!
New Trainer's are often told there is a right way and wrong of doing something, but ultimately if it feels right and it's getting the right results, should you be conforming just because that's the way it's done by most people?
