WHAT IS A TEAM BUILDING ADVENTURE?
Think of it as a cross between a team building event... an escape room... and a LEGO® Serious Play® session! All these things meld together to create a fun and dynamic event that can be tailored to any size group, and different timings too.
Unlike many other team building events where the loudest person in room gets their way, or the most active person forges the way forwards... this Team Building Adventure – Desert Island Rescue, allows EVERYONE to become involved and be part of the success!

How should I set up the tables and chairs for the event?
Because the team will be working on things together, and building models you will need tables available. I find clusters of tables work well. Some trainers like the ‘open’ chair semi-circle approach with breakout tables, however I find this makes people feel exposed, and from a practical point of view doesn’t allow for anywhere to put drinks or write notes etc.
Do I need to be certificated in LEGO® Serious Play® to run this event?
