CREATIVE TRAINING MATS
Imagine the scenario... you ask your learners to describe how they feel about something... their role, their colleagues, working in a team, a project etc. What happens? It goes quite as they try to think of the right words and then as each person shares their thoughts in turn, they're not listening because they trying to think of what they're going to say! It also takes time and is a rather dry way to conduct something that could be insightful.
Now... imagine there's a different way for them to engage! Having something that inspires answers in a vibrate and visual way that helps them get to their answer quicker, AND will help others understand them too as they explain.

These have been especially designed to show lots of different scenarios that people can chose to illustrate how they feel about something.
Training example: You're hosting a Management Development Programme and as your opener, you ask everyone to look at the mat and identify a scene that represents how they see themselves as a Line Manager. (You could also ask them to identify where they want to be by the end of the programme!) On the COUNTRYSIDE mat, someone might choose the circus, as they feel like the ring master constantly trying to heard everyone into place, or on the SEASIDE mat they may choose the lighthouse, as they feel like they help shine a light on the areas their team need to develop. (This is just one of many ways to use the mat/s)
