I was recently given a large world globe. (I love the visual aspect of maps, so it was a well-received gift). It sits in the study and is quite eye catching, however… this morning while taking a closer look, I found something fundamentally wrong with it. Much of Canada appears to have had an earthquake and is squashed together, and I'm pretty sure Gibraltar has never been spelt with an 'o'!
Training is made up of many different activities. The ones that are more easily seen, such as workshops, programmes and inductions can get quite a lot of attention, just like the globe. But unless the content is relevant, correct and presented in the right way, you may just end up with a decorative item that takes up a lot of space!
