I made my own bread! I'm so chuffed, it's actually edible too!! On paper the act of making a small white tin loaf appears straight forward... 1. Bung all necessary ingredients into bowl
2. Set mixer to right setting (yes, I did use a mixer - new toy!) 3. Leave for specified time scale to rise 4. Knock back, re-shape, re-home in tin, leave 5. Bake 6. Eat! Of course, all this is a success as someone (Mr Hollywood) had already gone through the process of ensuring the right measurements were in place for the ingredients. The proving times had been tested. The right size tin for this recipe had been calculated etc. I just followed instructions and it worked. It doesn't make me a master baker, but it did give me some really good ideas of the basics though and who knows, soon I might be making up my own versions! When first starting out on a new venture, we can all do with a step-by-step guide to help up on our journey. If you are, or know someone who is looking to start their journey into a career in corporate training, check out the Curious Trainers Academy and see if the recipe is right for you.
