So, how can we build trust back up? Be consistently conscious that everyone of your learners comes with their own experience, and take this into account before judging their actions… PLUS, they may have been driving to your training session, through 30 mph non-existent roadworks, for 6 miles, while chewing on a soggy bagel instead of a yummy breakfast muffin!
