Using a mix of storytelling and brick building, highlight the topic your team needs to focus on including: team building, leadership, creative thinking, trust, communication styles, alignment, and so much more.

How does it work?
​

Players draw cards representing People, Places, Props, Perspective, Perils and Plot Twist!
 
The challenge? Develop a captivating story and illustrate a scene using LEGO® models. After a whirlwind of creativity, teams share their stories and reflect on their process to uncover insights about teamwork and leadership.
​
Debrief the game drawing on the purpose for the event.  E.g. Communication skills, Team Building, Creative thinking, working to a set of guidelines, Leadership, Joining the dots etc.  Here's some examples:
​
  • Leadership Development:  What leadership qualities emerged, and how did they influence the team?  What leadership lessons can be applied in the future?
  • ​Team Building: How well did the group collaborate to achieve goals?  Were individual strengths utilized effectively?
  • ​Communication Skills: What barriers to communication arose, and how were they addressed?  How did active listening affect the team’s performance?
  • ​Creative Thinking: How did the group approach generating ideas or solving problems? How did constraints challenge or inspire creativity?

 ENOUGH CARDS FOR UP TO 3 TEAMS! ​Instruction cards explaining how to set the game up, facilitation tips, and debrief questions. You'll have enough content cards for up to three teams, including:
  • 9 x People
  • 9 x Place
  • 6 x Props
  • 6 x Perspective
  • 6 x Peril
  • 6 x Plot Twist
  • 6 x Wild Cards
 
You will need in addition to the deck of cards: Bricks (A good mix of different bricks work well), and either post-it notes or a story board template, and pens.
